Patrick Paez Had Two Weddings

The people in the Philippines are well aware that Patrick Paez is happily married to former TV host Daphne Osena-Paez. However, many fans might not be aware that he walked down the aisle with his wife twice.

The broadcast journalist first exchanged the vows with Daphne on May 4, 2002, in a small chapel in the Batulao region of the Philippines. After the wedding ceremony, the couple gave reception to friends and family on a driveway overlooking the mountains of Batulao. 

Since the pair wanted a lowkey wedding, so no significant events were planned for the reception. However, their friends surprised them with major fireworks and butterfly release.

Well, the newlyweds also had other unplanned surprises, as well. First, the bride got a massive pimple in the morning of the wedding and thus needed to get a pimple steroids into her forehead. Also, the power went off for a few minutes during the celebrations. None the less, the night was fun-filled and was perfect in all its imperfectness.

If the wedding was so perfect then why the couple did a second wedding then? Well, Paez's couple did not plan for it but instead happened by chance.

Patrick and his spouse were on a pilgrimage across Holy Land for thirteen days in April of 2019. The tour included a renewal of vows at the sacred site; thus, many travelers came with the wedding preparations.

The long-married couple did not have any intentions for a second marriage as they did not want to do a wedding in a group setting among strangers without any family. However, after visiting different sacred sites, they began to feel they will not get this chance again. So, in the spur of the moment, they decided to walk down the aisle again.

The pair bought a stainless steel ring from a souvenir shop and performed the ring exchange ceremony and renewed their vows at the Wedding Church in Cana of Galilee.  So, in this way, Patrick and his wife once again became husband and wife on March 25, 2019.

Patrick Is Father Of Three Children

Patrick and his wife are parents to three teenage daughters, namely Stella Paez, Lily Paez, and Stella Paez. They all are born three years apart.

The news executive, despite his busy schedule, spends alot of time with his kids. He reads books to them, teaches them Tagalog, and mostly indulges them in outdoor activities. Since he is a big fan of cycling, so he often takes his girls with him so that they also gain interest in cycling.

Patrick Collected A Nice Fortune

Paez currently works as Production Head in the TV5 News and Information. Since he is one of the significant figures in the company, there is no doubt his earnings are also on the higher rage.  Before that, he worked as a reporter for ABS-CBN. As of 2019, the veteran journalist holds an overall net worth of $200,000.

Patrick's spouse Daphne is a former TV Host, Blogger, Author, and businesswoman and boasts an overall net worth of $300000. Though the couple is affluent, they live in a traditional philippine architecture house.
