The pair was accused of assaulting the 24-year-old woman. Tanya was sentenced to fifteen months in prison. 

Also, in the 1990s, Rick James was arrested in Hollywood for his involvement in a drug trade. A couple of officers observed a suspicious transaction involving a man who identified himself as Rick James. After conducting an investigation, it was indeed Mr. James and was to be freed with $500,000.
