Victor Soare and Anastasia Soare's relationship was full of love and adventure. They traveled to many places together and loved being with each other. The former couple tied the knot in 1978. Unfortunately, they had some problems in their marriage. 

As some reports, Victor left Romania in 1987 and asked for political refuge in the United States. With Anastasia's help, he was able to do so. 

Two years later, Anastasia and their daughter Claudia Soare could move to Los Angeles with him. There, Anastasia started as a waxer at a spa in Beverly Hills.

Victor Soare's tenure as a ship captain concluded when he voluntarily surrendered himself in the US. Despite attempting to secure similar employment opportunities in the US, he encountered numerous rejections.

Eventually, he abandoned his pursuit and resorted to roles as a security guard, cab driver, and cleaner.

Also, he harbored dissatisfaction with his circumstances, lamenting the loss of his former profession and homeland. Departing from his family weighed heavily on him, contributing to his mental anguish. Struggling with his mental health, he turned to substance abuse. 

Tragically, in 2012, he ended his life in Constanța by overdosing on medication at the age of 62.

Regarding his education, Soare went to a naval school in Romania and learned what he needed to know to become a ship captain. He got good grades in school and became an officer in the Romanian Navy.
