Brie Larson and musician Alex Greenwald officially ended their engagement of almost three years in 2019. They have taken a step back from their engagement for the time being after staying together for five years.
Back in 2013, Brie introduced her boyfriend during a short acceptance speech after winning the Gotham Independent Film Awards for best actress. Most importantly, she made her new boyfriend known to the mass after admiring him and the work he did when she got busy making the movie.

Greenwald and lady actress Larson dated for over two years before they got engaged in May 2016. Above all, the pair stated their status as a future husband and wife while on a trip to Tokyo, Japan.
