The son of God met the love of his life, Victoria Osteen when Joel came to buy a new watch battery from Victoria's mothers' Jewel store. The rest is history and under the surveillance of God, the duo walked down the aisle on April 4, 1987.
Initially, Joel and his wife Victoria shared a beautiful memory. Even more, love sprouted in the air after the birth of their first baby boy Jonathan Osteen on April 20, 1995.

The grand launch of the renovated church counted the total toll of 56,000 attendees including the Governor of Texas, Rick Perry, and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi.
