The 24-year-old woman, Ms. Miniutti reported against Michale for contacting, harassing or attacking. Miniutti alleges that Mr. Avenatti “grabbed my right arm and dragged me out of the bed.”

Dated on November 2018, Michale was on police custody for the suspicion of domestic violence. He called the allegations "completely bogus" and "fabricated and meant to do harm to my reputation. Furthermore, his both ex-wives state that he had never shown any violent action towards them.

Earlier, in March 2018, Avenatti filled a lawsuit against Donald Trump on the behalf of adult film actress Stormy Daniels regarding an alleged affair with  President Trump in 2006.

Michael Avenatti denies affairs that he has never engaged in a sexual relationship with his client Stormy. He stated that,

"In fact, the way that I view her is really more a sister than anything else.’ He said that he is no stranger to pornography and only view her work." 

The client first brought up the lawsuit against President Trump requesting to be released from the non-disclosure agreement which she had signed in 2016.

In the same month, on behalf of adult actress Stormy Daniels, Michael forwarded a lawsuit against Donald Trump for an alleged affair and seeking to invalid the 2016 non-disclosure agreement.
