Beanie Feldstein Announces Engagement to Girlfriend Bonnie Chance Roberts

On June 23, the Funny Girl star announced her long-awaited engagement to a girlfriend named Bonnie Chance Roberts. Though she didn't divulge specifics of the proposal, she and her longtime girlfriend, Boonie Chance Robert, got engaged.

Like her character in Funny Girl, Beanie Feldstein will soon get married. One day before her birthday, Beanie said yes to her long-term girlfriend, Bonnie Chance Roberts. Feldstein, who completed her project as Fanny Brice in Broadway's Funny Girl, shared a post on the news on her Instagram account.

Further, the post captioning," I do, bon," includes a handful of photos, with one showing Roberts getting down on his knees to propose after Beanie does similarly after being overcome by emotions. 

The photo showed shocked Feldstein reacting as Roberts got down on one knee. Other includes the friends on hand for the backyard proposal, including her brother Jonah Hill.

In addition, the family and friends showed the newly engaged pair love and blessings. Many close friends and celebrities like Ali Wong, Justin Long and Uzo Aduba congratulated them in the Instagram comment section.

The attendants were her brother, Jonah Hill, her Bookssmart costars and later can be seen celebrating with friends like Noah Galvin, Molly Gordon and Kaitlyn Dever. The lovebirds dated almost four years before engagement and made their red carpet debut as a couple in December 2019.

In one photograph, Feldstein can be spotted wearing a pastel pink gingham dress during the milestone moment, which took place in a backyard decorated with mason jars filled with fairy lights and roses.

Further, the two met on the set of the 2019's film How to Build a Girl, which she starred in and co-produced by Roberts. They frequently appear on one another's social media, with the photo of Roberts and Feldstein on the former IG showing Roberts trying to reach her now-fiancee for a kiss.

"Bon was the best thing that's ever happened to me. When something comes into your life and shifts the tectonic plates in such a crazy, incredible way, there's no question for me that I wasn't going to be open about it," Feldstein told the news outlet.

The caption on the post reads," my bonne chance," which translates to "good luck." Along with Booksmart and How to Build a Girl, Feldstein has been recognized for performances in American Crime Story: Impeachment and Lady Bird.
