Miley Cyrus encourages fans to be thoughtful and not hoard every item from stores as the Corona outbreak gets severe globally. The singer herself is in self-quarantine.
If one takes a glimpse at the recent activity of Miley Cyrus on her social media, they will definitely perceive the singer's high concern for the outbreak of the novel COVID-19.
At least, Cyrus positively utilized the platforms for the great cause as the Slide Away songstress wants her fans to act righteously amidst the spread of the dangerous Coronavirus such as by stopping stockpiling and distancing oneself from crowd places.
Cyrus made the series of posts in response to the shortages and crisis of basic necessities like toilet paper and other grocery items that surfaced in several cities. The Bolt actress said:
"Be thoughtful. Respectful. Compassionate. HUMAN. while preparing for social distancing....NO ONE needs every soup in the store,"
The twenty-seven years old singer also dropped her thoughts on the economy and the price inflation that can be caused by such actions, as she added:
"The more we hoard the more expensive and sparse necessities will become, leaving many without essentials. This is a great time to practice restraint... it’s incredibly difficult to make smart decisions while panicking , but think twice before following the fear and being inconsiderate. There is enough to go around if we take care of one another. This is a beautiful time to LEAD!"
The Last Song actress where she co-starred former husband Liam Hemsworth also shared an illustration on how to properly wash hands on her Twitter account. Not to mention, Miley also shared more posts, especially funnily convenient clips from Hannah Montana.
Cyrus, who reveals that she is on the second day of her quarantine on 15th March posted a throwback video from the hit Disney series where her character, Miley Stewart is seen wearing masks while attempting to clean her room.
Australian boyfriend Cody Simpson entered the comment section to confirm his girlfriend has been actually serious with hygiene and cleanliness. "She isn't lying," commented Simpson.
Previously fellow celebrities including Ariana Grande and Taylor Swift also urged millions of their followers on social media to take care of them.
Whilst Grande pleaded people to take the situation seriously, Swift advised fans to be selfless and live in isolation and think about not passing the disease to vulnerable people like the elder ones.
