Priyanka Chopra & Husband Nick Jonas welcomed first child via Surrogacy

Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra are now parents. The couple who just celebrated their third wedding anniversary wrote the happy news that they were overjoyed to confirm their newborn via surrogate on Friday.

On Friday, late at night, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas announced that they welcomed a baby girl. The couple surprised everyone by announcing the arrival of their first child through a surrogate in California Hospital on Janaury 21.

Soon after the couple announced the happy news, their social media pages were flooded with congratulatory messages. Both posted joint statements on their respective Instagram page.

"We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate. We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on our family. Thank you so much", the duo posted on Friday.

Immediately, Hollywood stars, family and celebrities have sent their endless good wishes and even offered"babysitting" to newbie parents who are currently busy taking care of their newly born.

The well-wisher includes Actor Octavia Spencer who penned that she was sending something special to the new parents" Congratulations!!! Sending you something".

Further, Priyanka's co-star, who worked with her in Quantico, commented," Congratulations, You two! God Bless!" Commenting on Nick Jonas's post, All of Me hitmaker John Legend said," So happy for you both."

Nick's brother Kevin Jonas commented with heart emojis on the posts to celebrate the good news. Comedian Lilly Singh shares the words of her support and excitement, writing," AYE!!! Can't wait to cuddle them." Kap Penn said," congratulations! Kalpen uncle is ready to babysit," he commented on Priyanka's post.

While the couple hasn't officially disclosed the baby's gender, reports claimed that the newborn is a baby girl and was born 12 weeks early. Over the years, the duo expressed that they were looking forward to expanding their family.

In January, the White Tiger actress opened up about the pair's dream to have kids in the future, jokingly adding that she wanted as many children as it takes for a "cricket team."

While asked by multiple publications, Priyanka and her partner shared a hint that the two would be alright slowing down their thriving careers to raise a child." Im okay with that. We're both okay with that," Quantico actress said.

In the meantime, the picture of Jonas with two different children is going viral. And it is rumored that it is an image of their newborn daughter, which is not true.

The babies seen in different posts are the children of Priyanka's cousins- Krishna Sky Sarkisian and Aydin. Similarly, the paparazzi captured the picture of Priyanka holding a baby while Nick caressing was snapped in 2018.
