A new celebrity kid is on the way. It is reported actors Rooney Mara and Joaquin Phoenix are expecting a child.
On May 18, 2020, Page Six reported that Academy Award-winning actor Joaquin Phoenix and his fiancee Rooney Mara are expecting their first child. Furthermore, the news website claimed that the thirty-five-year-old actress might be six months into pregnancy.
As of now, there is no confirmation of the news from the pair, and their representatives have also declined to comment on the baby rumors.
Though Rooney's pregnancy is yet to be confirmed, some signs suggest she has a baby bump. Last week, The Social Network star was spotted wearing baggy clothes in Los Angeles while celebrating Mother's Day. Furthermore, in the same picture, the actress looked a little heavier than usual.

In the same interview, the actor added that he was so much perplexed by Rooney's behavior that he looked up her on the internet. He also confessed that she was the first girl he looked up online.
After becoming email friends with Mara, Joaquin realized that because of her shy nature, she comes out as distant.
After a few years, Phoenix and Mara worked together in the movie "Mary Magdalene." During the filming of this movie, romance blossomed between the actors.
After dating for more than a year, the couple got engaged in July 2019. However, the pair confirmed the news months only after Rooney was spotted numerous times wearing an engagement ring.
