Suddenly Susan cast Andrea Bendewald, and her hubby Mitch Rouse is a match made in heaven. Bendewald met her future husband in October 1998. The duo worked together on the set of an ABC situation comedy Secret Lives of Men. In the comedy, Mitch portrayed as one of the leads whereas, the actress made a guest appearance as his ex-wife. 

In an interview, Mitch said that when he saw Andrea for the first time, he could not talk to her. Later, at the end of the week, with some courage, the actor had a short conversation with Andrea. Similarly, Mitch called Bendewald for a coffee, but she did not come as she went to Nicaragua for a week, along with her friend. There she served as a volunteer for Save the Children to rescue and reconstruct the destruction of Hurricane Mitch.

Bendewald revealed that while working as a volunteer, she was surrounded by the name Mitch. Soon after returning to her home, Andrea called Mitch, and since then, their love story began. 

After dating for around three years, the duo decided to take their relationship to the next level. Finally, on 19th August 2001, the lovebirds tied the nuptial knot. Their wedding was officiated by Mairead McAllister, a Universal Life minister. The pair walked down the aisle at the Saddlerock Ranch in Malibu, California. 

Bendewald chose Kristen Hahn and Maria Bello as her bridesmaids. Likewise, her co-actress and best friend Jennifer Aniston was the matron of honor. Since their wedding, the pair are living happily without facing any conflicts in their relationship.
