Hope Charlotte Hicks, better known as Hope Hicks is the new interim Whitehouse Communications Director for President Donald Trump succeeding Antony Scaramucci. She previously served as the press secretary, communication director and spokeswoman for Trump’s 2016 campaign. Also, Hicks holds the title of White House Director of Strategic Communications.
Early Life of Hope Hicks
Hope Hicks was born on 21st October 1988, Greenwich, Connecticut, U.S. to Caye Ann (Cavender) Hicks and Paul Burton Hicks III. She was raised along with her sister, Mary Grace.
She was a teenage model for a Ralph Lauren campaign along with her sister. She was also the face of the Hourglass Adventure novels about time-traveling when she was 10. Following her passion, she became the cover model for The It Girl in 2005 which was the first book in the series by Cecily von Ziegesar.
She studied at Greenwich High School where she was co-captain of the lacrosse team. Later, she attended Southern Methodist University and completed her degree in English, in 2010.

Hicks started her career as an employee of a PR firm with Ivanka Trump, president Donald Trump’s daughter on her fashion line in 2012, and then on other Trump ventures. During the period, she began working for public relations firm Hiltzik Strategies.
In 2014, she became the part of Trump Organization full-time where she used to work for Ivanka Trump inside Trump Tower as her fashion label and modeling for an online store. Then in 2015, President Donald Trump earmarked her for the role of press secretary when planning for his potential presidential run.
She initially contributed to the campaign as a gatekeeper to press members who wanted to speak with Trump and handled over 250 requests a day. Also, she took dedication from Trump for his tweets which were then sent to another person in Trump organization who tweeted from Trump’s official account.
