Vickie Winans married three times. She first married to Bishop Ronald Brown, the couple has a son R&B producer, singer as well as the songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Mario Brown best known as Mario Winans, he was born on August 29, 1974.
She divorced with him and married to gospel singer and member of the musical Winans family Marvin Winans in June 1978 and divorced in 1995.
Her son is a singer and producer, Marvin Winans Jr, he was born on December 28, 1979. And her son Josiah Winans is a record producer.
Stress due to her multiple divorces, she gained weight, diabetes and developed ulcers on her esophagus.
In 2003, she married Joe McLemore. Sadly, her third marriage couldn't last either as her husband Joe tragically passed away just recently on August 24, 2019.
Her hubby took his last breath while he was playing golf. While reminiscing about all the time they spend, Vickie said,
