Jimmy Kimmel has postponed his son's heart surgery. And the reason is different 'Family Cold.' 

His publicist released an official statement claiming Jimmy had to postpone the operation as a precaution. The host is taking a break from his hosting job for now. 

In his stead, Shaquille O’Neal, Dave Grohl, Channing Tatum, and Jennifer Lawrence are hosting the show. The show host's son, Billy was born last year in April. 

Unfortunately, his son was born with heart defects. Due to this defect his son had to undergo an immediate surgery.

As his son suffered, Jimmy used his show to raise awareness about the problem. He advocated how the operation should be made affordable for everyone.

It seems the Kimmel family is in a big dilemma right now but we're sure they'll make it out and their son will live like every other normal person.
