Cristina Cuomo, Wife of Chris Cuomo Tested Positive for Coronavirus
Coronavirus is affecting, directly and indirectly, all the families of New York and Governor Andrew Cuomo's is no exception.
On April 15th, 2020, CNN anchor Chris Cuomo revealed that his wife, Cristina Greeven Cuomo has tested positive for COVID-19. He shared this information in the last night episode of his show "Cuomo Prime Time."
Chris, who was diagnosed with coronavirus two weeks earlier, suffered from mild symptoms thus he is now conducting the show from the basement of his house. While talking with his brother Governor Andrew Cuomo the Yale Graduate stated:
"Cristina now has COVID, she is now positive, It just breaks my heart, It is the one thing I was hoping wouldn't happen, and now it has."
Governor Cuomo, who is now a regular guest in his brother's show, reflected on the fact that when a coronavirus person is quarantined at home, there are high chances of other family members also contracting the disease despite using every preventive measure. He reminded people that the virus could stay on some surfaces for two days.
Nonetheless, before leaving the show, the 62-year-old provided some solace to his little brother by reminding that it was Cristina who got the disease and not one of the kids.
Cuomo and the Gotham magazine editor tied the knot in 2001 and are parents to three children, two daughters Bella Cuomo, Carolina Cuomo, and a son, Mario Cuomo. The family of five currently resides in their Manhattan house.

"Kids are still healthy, but this shook us at our literal core, All are stepping up. Can't wait to shake this fever so I can help her as she helped me. Sucks."
