Faith Majors Married Someone Who Is 35 Year Older Than Her

It is said, "When you truly love someone, age does not matter. Whether it is a difference of two years or thirty years, Love is Love". This saying is so true in the case of Faith Majors, who is happily married to actor Lee Majors for seventeen years.

Majors first met her future husband in 1995 at a dinner party hosted by a mutual friend. "The Six Million Dollar Man" actor was attracted to her in their first meeting; however, he was afraid to ask her out. So, he requested his friend to ask for her number.

After getting Faith's contact through his wingman, he eventually asked for the date. Thankfully, Miami born accepted the request, and the pair went on their first date to the 1995 Super Bowl in Miami. 

Faith and her then-boyfriend now-husband has a 35 year age gap; however, they bonded well. Many felt that the pair would separate soon because of differing ages; however, it did not happen. Infact, the couple got engaged after a while.

Lee proposed the Florida native at a party of the super Bowl with a diamond marquis 7 1/2 carats in football shape. Furthermore, it was presented to her in a little football ceramic. 

On November 1, 2002, the pair tied the knot in Positano, Italy, in the presence of two guests. The wedding ceremony was held in the San Pietro Hotel overlooking the Mediterranean sea.

The bride made an unconventional choice and wore a platinum color embellished gown by Badgley Mischka, whereas the groom wore a black tuxedo and a white bow tie. After the festivities, the couple remained in Italy for a ten-day honeymoon.

The celebrity couple did not want the hassle of the media in their wedding, so they exchanged vows in Europe secretly. After the festivities were over, the newlyweds revealed their relationship status to the public.

"The Fall Guy" actor talked to National Enquirer in January 2003 about his new wedding. He confessed that he was afraid to get into matrimony. He stated:

"I'm very, very afraid of marriage. I had three that failed. But the realization suddenly came to me that Faith had done more for me in the time I have known that nobody has ever done. When Faith met me I'm an old man with a limp. I'm paralyzed, very unhappy and drinking a little too much vodka. She turned me into stand straight and proud! ..."

Well, Lee taking another chance in marriage, turned out quite well. He and his wife are still together without any hiccups. Infact it looks like the love between them is only growing with time.

In April 2008, when the couple was in Honolulu to celebrate Lee's 69th birthday, the pair renewed their wedding vows. This time the festivities took place at Waialae Beach Park, and both were dressed in white. The blonde beauty wore a halter neck white gown, whereas and the veteran actor opted a white suit.

It has been over ten years since their second marriage. Seeing the couple is so much in love, it would not be surprising if they again renewed their vows. 

Faith Majors Is Younger Than Her StepSon?

Faith and her husband do not share any children. She, however, is stepmother to four kids from his husband's previous marriages.

Majors' Husband Lee Majors was married to his college sweetheart Kathy Robinson from 1961 to 1964. From this marriage, he has a son Lee Majors II who was born in 1962. Since the current Mrs. Majors was born in 1974, so she is twelve years younger than his stepson.

Faith's husband started a relationship with "Charlie's Angels" star late Farrah Fawcett in the late sixties. They soon became the "It" couple of Hollywood. After dating for five years, the pair tied the knot on July 28, 1973.

After few years of marriage, the pair separated in 1979 due to busy schedules. The couple got officially divorced in 1982. They do not share any children.

Lee's third wife is playboy Playmate Karen Velez. They were married from 1988-1994. From this relationship, Lee has three children, daughter Nikki Loren Majors, and twins Dane Luke Majors and Trey Kulle Majors.

Three of four children followed the legendary actor footsteps and are working in Hollywood. Only Trey is working as a model as of now.
