It is a dream of every lover to get engaged and marry their loved ones. However, only a few of them are lucky enough to have their dream come true. Among those lucky people, an Icelandic actress, Heida Reed, is the one.

The 31 years old gorgeous actress is engaged to her beloved boyfriend of one year, Sam Ritzenberg. Her fiance, Sam, is a film producer famous for his works on Jim & Helen Forever and Wage Gap Date.

Silent Witness cast met Sam for the first time in Los Angeles in 2016. Ever since their first meeting, the couple began dating. The same year, the actress and her lover, further went to Iceland to meet Heida's parents. Sam even started watching his girlfriend's show, Poldark, after they began dating.

Moreover, the couple experienced a long-distance relationship as Reed had to go to the UK for the shooting of Poldark. Whereas, her partner, Sam, stayed in Los Angeles working on his projects. Despite facing different obstacles, the duo maintained a good bond and continued their relationship.

After being in a relationship for around a year, the pair decided to take their relationship to the next level and finally engaged on 8th July 2017. Sam proposed his sweetheart with a surprise in a small event. Ritzenberg arranged a performance of Boyz II Men’s song by their friends as it was on the bucket list of Reed for her dream marriage. 

Toast of London star took Instagram to share the happy news with their fans. She uploaded a photo of her fiancee and captioned it as;

'That's my fiancé. I told him he could call me Beyoncé.'

Soon, their well-wishers congratulated the newly-engaged couple via the comment section. Later, Reed thanked her fans via Twitter writing, 'Thanks for sweet wishes people and Thanks for watching #Poldark yesterday!!! So much love (sic).'

Is She Planning To Get Married?

Reed and her soon-to-be husband Sam Ritzenberg are living happily with each other. Furthermore, they also frequently make public appearances together in events and shows. Back in January 2019, the lovebirds paired up and attended the Cirque Du Soleil Totem premiere at the Royal Albert Hall in London.

Redd looked stunning in a blush-colored top and matching striped trousers. Further, it was followed by light pink knitwear and a chic black coat with a statement gold button. Likewise, her companion, Sam, appeared in a black blazer and tartan trousers. 

Although the pair are already engaged, they haven't mentioned the plans of getting married. However, on 29th June 2019, Reed called her partner, Sam hubby via Instagram by sharing an adorable photo. It seems that they are planning to tie the knot soon.
