Rich Froning Jr. is happily married. He is currently living a blissful life with his wife and three children.

Wife and Marriage

Rich tied the knot with his girlfriend turned wife Hillary Froning on June 18, 2011. Their close friends and family attended their intimate wedding ceremony. 

On the wedding day, the bride was looking beautiful in a strapless gown, and a short veil. Meanwhile, the groom was also looking handsome in an all-white ensemble. 

Well, the couple first met through close mutual friends but only began to interact with one another as they visited the same salon. Eventually, they started dating. The couple dated for around two years before walking down the aisle.

Rich and his spouse are now together for over eight years, and the bond between them is only getting stronger. Furthermore, there is no news of separation.

Infertility, Children, and Adoption

Rich and his partner Hillary are fond of children and wanted to start the family soon after marriage. However, they could not conceive because of some fertility issues. After realizing that they could not be parents to biological children so, decided to adopt instead.

The husband-wife couple first adopted a daughter, Lakelyn Ann Froning. After that, they brought home Richard Lyle Froning, who was born in 2017 and finally Harper Violet Froning, who was born on February 16, 2018, and is a biological sister of Lakelyn.

The couple moreover is focused on giving proper parenting to their children and giving them the best life possible.

Rich Frononing, Jr. Diet and Training

Rich is a CrossFit Athlete and needs to give proper time to diet and training besides his family. He moreover do not follow any popular diets such as Paleolithic diet or Zone diet. He instead eats a large amount of food at night, including multiple protein shakes.

He also works out multiple times in a day, without taking any day off. Instead of training coaches like other Crossfit athletes such as Brooke Wells, he instead prefers to train with other athletes such as Dan Bailey and James Hobart to be training partners.

Event 1 3 rounds 25/18 Cal Assault Bike 30 Synchro Toes to Bar Heavy Bob (sled) Push This workout was as miserable as it looked on paper, it was all about maintaining a good pace on the bike (not dying), big but controlled sets on the toes to bar, and not going to failure pushing the sled. The girls waited for us a lot on the assault bike so the rest of the workout they were “pushing” (nagging) us to get back on the sled and push. Event 1 is always fun to see who can control their emotions and stick to a game plan or adjust on the fly when things don’t go according to plan.
