Gay CCA superagent Bryan Lourd married his longtime boyfriend Bruce Bozzi. He was in a relationship with actress Carrie Fisher in past.
American talent agent Bryan Lourd after breaking up with late Carrie Fisher came out as a gay and married his longtime boyfriend Bruce Bozzi last year in the month of October.
The duo is soon going to celebrate their first anniversary as a married couple. So, today we bring you the beautiful journey of the lovely pair; first as lovers and as husbands.
Bryan Lourd: His Relationship with Partner Bruce Bozzi
Bryan earlier was in a relationship with actress Carrie Fisher for about three years. At that time either he himself was not sure about his sexuality or he was hiding the truth from all of us but he was in a stable relationship with a female partner until he met Bruce.
Both of them were attracted to each other since they met and finally, Bryan decided to come out of the closet; he broke up with Carrie and started dating Bruce. The couple, later on, tied the knot on 12 October 2016.
It was a private ceremony at the Beverly Hills courthouse as per the report of AOL.
The happy couple was joined by their daughters, Billie Lourd ( Bryan's daughter from his relationship with Carrie) and Ava (reportedly the daughter of Bryan from his previous relationship).
Billie posted an image of the family during the wedding ceremony and wrote:
'[M]y #papichulos finally made it official today and I couldn't be a happier gal!! #lourdbozziconnection #thefamsallhere'
Bozzi is currently working as a Palm restaurateur and they currently reside in an apartment in the West Village, in Lower Manhattan, New York City. Additionally, they have a house in Beverly Hills, California.
Billie is an actress at present and worked in many projects like Star Wars: The Force Awakens (2015), Scream Queens (2015), and American Horror Story (2011).
Bryan Lourd's Relationship with former Girlfriend Late Carrie Fisher
Bryan dated Carrie for three long years starting from the year 1991 until Bryan came out as gay in 1993.
Carrie Fishers, best known for her role as Princess Leia in the Star Wars previously married Paul Simon in 1983 and divorced 11 months later.
Bryan and Carrie parted in 1994 after being parents of a daughter, Billie. Carrie explained,
"People ask if it lessens the blow that he left me for a man because it’s a rejection of my gender and so isn’t personal. But I don’t care what people say – I was humiliated and betrayed and I believed I’d somehow messed up. I don’t know if I believed I made him gay, but I’d failed and that’s all that really counts."
It's still not clear that the former couple was married or not. Some social sites said that they were a married couple whereas some claimed they just dated each other.
Fisher also addressed her break with Byran in her autobiographical novel, 'Delusions of Grandma' where she said that her split was a very painful experience for her.
Fisher is no more among us. She died on 27 December 2016 due to cardiac attack. May her soul rest in peace!!!
