Pink: Her Married Life with Husband Carey Hart
Pink spotted her future husband Carey Hart, a professional motocross racer, at the 2001 X Games in Philadelphia. They became good friends since then.
As love has no boundaries of space and time frame, the romantic duo finally united in 2005 facing a brief separation in 2003. The gorgeous lady proposed to her beau during a Mammoth Lakes motocross race and they got engaged!
Well, that was a historic moment. Proposing to loved ones in front of a huge mass is not everybody's cup of tea. Finally, they tied the knot on 7 January 2006 in Costa Rica after dating for five long years.
Adorable Couple.
The couple faced some disturbances two years later due to tensions caused by busy schedules and constant traveling. Her video "So What" was all about the story of their separation with some hope of reconciliation which they eventually did.
Their fans became happy again as they were back together in February 2010. It was the same year the 38-year-old singer announced her pregnancy on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
Alecia Beth Moore "Pink": Being a Perfect Mom
Pink attended Apple's premiere of On the Record: Pink: Beautiful Trauma on Wednesday, 11th October, and shared some of her emotions about being a mother of two and a caring wife.
So Sweet!
She welcomed her first baby girl Willow in June 2011 with a son Jameson in December 2016. She expressed that she wants her children to build up their self-esteem by learning some lessons from her past.
She said,
"Because of what I went through being a girl and being a kid and being a little bit different from everyone else, my biggest fear is self-esteem for my kids."
"Because I didn’t have any and I treated myself really badly. I didn’t expect other people to treat me with respect and I didn’t demand it and I didn’t have boundaries and I gave my power away over and over and over. That was something I had to learn in my life, was how to have boundaries and how to love myself, and what to love myself for and how to demand respect ...just all these life lessons."
The changes of the "Perfect" singer being a mother are crystal clear as she expressed similar sentiments in the Vanguard Award acceptance speech at the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards in August.
Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Beyonce, Kanye West, and Rihanna were some other stars achieving awards at the event.
