Early Life and Education of Aziz Ansari

Aziz Ansari was born on 23rd February 1983 in Columbia, South California. His birth sign is Pisces. He is the son parents Fatima and Shoukath. He has a brother named Aniz. He is American who belongs to Asian ethnicity. His parents were from Tamil Nadu, India. 

Ansari's father was a medical officer and his mother was a gastroenterologist. He attended Marlboro Academy in Bennettsville, South and the South Caroline Governor’s School for Science and Mathematics. He graduated from the New York University Stern School of Business earning a major degree in marketing.

Aziz Ansari' Stand-up Comedy Career

At the initial phase of Ansari’s career, he used to perform at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater. He also performed in the weekly show, Invite Them Up. He began to appear as a stand-up comedian and an actor which helped him to be listed in Hot List and Hot Standup by an American magazine, Rolling Stone.

In 2005, Ansari collaborated along with his fellow comedians Paul Scheer, Rob Huebel and Jason Woliner (director) to make a short comedy film. The group created the series including Shutterbugs and Illusionators.

Ansari also appeared on the HBO's series, the Flight of the Conchords and the Comedians of Comedy. A year later, he began his own comedy tour, the Glow in the Dark Tour, later on, aired his comedy album, Intimate Moments for a Sensual Evening with a CD/LP and DVD.

Later on, in 2010, he began a new comedy tour called, Dangerously Delicious and Buried Alive in 2012. Some years later, he promoted his show, Aziz Ansari: Live at Madison Square Garden on Netflix in 2015.

Acting Career

Along with comedy, Ansari is also included in acting where he played a comic role in various series and movies. He debuted from the series, Uncle Morty’s Dub Shack in 2004 along with the stars Jimbo Matison, Trevor Moore, John Chou, and others.

In 2006, Ansari debuted the movie, School for Scoundrels by Todd Phillips. He was hired as the first cast for the popular NBC's series, The Office in June 2008. He was cast alongside Steve Carell, Rainn Wilson, John Krasinski, Jenna Fischer, Ed Helms in the series.

Ansari portrayed Dev Shah in an American comedy-drama, Master of None co-starring Kelvin Yu in 2015. He was cast alongside Neal Wells, Lena Waithe, Alessandra Mastronardi in the series. His other work includes Parks and Recreation, starring Amy Poehler, Paul Schneider, Aubrey Plaza, Chris Pratt).

Ansari was nominated for several awards for his amazing work. He was nominated for the Golden Globe Award, Primetime Emmy Award, Peabody Award, People Choice Award, and TCA Award. He won many awards including Critics' Choice Award for Best Comedy Series, Peabody Award, and Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series.

The young comedian, Ansari is currently single after break up with his ex-girlfriend, Courtney McBroom, a professional chef. The couple disclosed about their dating life only nine months after starting their relationship. They began to date after meeting for the first time at the Momofuku Milk Bar in Manhattan and eventually got together.

They dated for almost two years, and in the period between that, they gave us some serious relationship goals. Their break up was unexpected for all of their fans as they were in deep love with each other.

As per the report, the couple was even spotted for couples of time together even after their break up on dinner dates and hanging out in various places. Besides these, he was even rumored to be dating along with actress, Jennifer Lawrence with whom he met with the help of a mutual friend, Chris Patt but later on they confirmed that it was nothing but just a baseless buzz.
