Despite the busy schedules Kate managed to make her presence this week in Access Hollywood and addressed the main cause of her delayed marriage planning.
The St. Joseph Native addressed,
"I wouldn’t wish that on anyone. Planning the wedding is very stressful. Everyone’s always like ‘it’s your day, do whatever you want.’ But I want everyone else to have fun and be happy, too."
"He would probably enjoy the process more but he can’t ... with baseball he’s busy all the time, they have very few days off, which means it’s all kind of on me,” she said. “Which is why it keeps getting delayed."
The couple is pretty busy in their respective profession and hence are not able to focus on their marriage at present. But still, they are inseparable and madly in love.

Recently, Upton appeared on another Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover and has been engaged in a series of modeling shoots and media opportunities.
She admitted that the main reason behind "delaying everything" about the process because of the excess pressure and a flood of questions from the guests.

Upton also confessed that she doesn't even pick a dress for her wedding ceremony.
On the other hand, Verlander hasn't been involved in the plans because of the baseball season.

Kate made the news of her engagement official in public to E! News before her appearance in Met Gala in 2016.
She said,
"I'm really excited, he asked me right before the season started so we've been keeping it on the down low for quite a while. So I'm excited to finally be able to share it with the world!"
The couple dated for about three years before Verlander put a ring on it.
