A few moments later, the heartbroken Mark is seen crying on the shoulder of his mother.

To revise, Jessica initially fell for fellow participant Matt Barnett who unfortunately picked partner Amber Pike. But, after her plan A backfires, Jessica has no choice but to go back with Mark. Whatsoever, Mark still deserved better. Because, unfortunately, it seemed as Jessica was still in love with Bernett. At one point, she even tried to get close and flirt with Bernett. Not to mention how she even complained about Mark's height and regards him as a red flag for being too emotionally available.

And, on top of it all, she continually brings up their age difference while simultaneously having being claimed herself numerous times that their age difference was no issues at all.
