Kelly Preston, Wife of John Travolta and 'Jerry Maguire' Actress is Dead
Kelly Preston who is known for her work in films such as Mischief, Twins, and Jerry Maguire is dead at the age of fifty-seven in Housten, Texas. She was battling breast cancer for the past two years.
This information of Kelly Preston's death was disclosed by her husband and actor John Travolta through his Instagram. The Pulp Fiction actor shared a solo picture of his late wife and wrote:
It is with a very heavy heart that I inform you that my beautiful wife Kelly has lost her two-year battle with breast cancer. She fought a courageous fight with the love and support of so many.

Furthermore, he revealed that he might be Missing in action(MIA) for some time as he will spend some time with his children and go through this challenging time together.
After the news of Preston's death become public condolences started pouring for Travolta and family from every walks of life. Celebrities such as Andy Cohen, Sarah Paulson, Mariah Carey were some of the first stars to send their wishes.
Kelly Preston was born as Kelly Kamalelehua Smith and was raised all over the world, including Iraq, Adelaide, and Hawaii. The USC alum started her career as a model in Australia and later moved to Los Angeles and tried her hand in acting.
In over thirty years of career, Preston has been part of several movies and television series, including classic films such as Jerry Maguire. She was last seen in the movie Gotti in 2018 with her husband, John Travolta.

Preston and Travolta first met in 1987 while filming The Experts. After a few years of dating, the couple tied the knot in 1991. Together they became the parent to three children; son Jett Travolta(b. 1992), daughter Ella Bleu Travolta(b.2000), and a second son, Benjamin Travolta (b.2010).
Sadly, the couple's first son Jett died on January 2, 2009, at the age of 16. He had Kawasaki disease, and the cause of death was identified as a seizure.
